At SummitSage, we stand behind the quality of our premium glamping gear. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• 30-Day Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
