We want you to be completely satisfied with your SUMMITSAGE purchase. If you feel the product doesn't perfectly fit your outdoor lifestyle, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at hello@summitsage.com.cn to request a Return Authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
